Monthly Plans / Non-Expiring Data Packs

Plans and Data

Choose a monthly plan for regular use, or a data pack for occasional use. Start with how often you connect, then choose your allowance.

Unlimited devices 120+ countries / 180+ routes No email address required 14-day refund policy

Choose by Usage

Two billing options differ in how data is replenished, not in how many devices can connect.

Monthly plan: resets each month on your activation date

A good fit for regular international access, frequent use of international websites, or switching between multiple devices. All tiers are billed monthly; choose an allowance based on your typical usage.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9/month

60GB per month

A lightweight option for research, email and text-based AI tools. If you don’t use international routes all day, this tier can help you build a budget based on actual usage.

  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Video streaming, cloud sync and large downloads can all use more data. Your allowance is capped, so check usage in the dashboard before deciding whether to upgrade.

Choose This Plan

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18/month

250GB per month

A good fit if you want to budget for everyday work, AI tools and streaming together. If you switch between a computer and portable devices, factor in their combined data use.

  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

This tier gives you more data; it doesn’t guarantee how a video platform will determine your region. Keep an eye on your balance during extended viewing or background sync, and choose a tier based on actual usage.

Choose This Plan

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28/month

500GB per month

A good fit for frequent international browsing, heavier video and file transfers, or higher combined usage across multiple devices. Review your current usage before choosing, rather than relying on device count alone.

  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

A larger allowance still has a data limit and doesn’t guarantee consistent speeds in every app. Your experience also depends on route location, your local network and the status of the service you’re accessing.

Choose This Plan

Reset Dates and Mid-Cycle Upgrades

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first of the month. Before scheduling large downloads, check your data and plan status in the user dashboard to see whether your current allowance is sufficient. A monthly plan isn’t an unlimited-data connection, and unlimited devices doesn’t give each device a separate allowance.

If your usage changes, check the available tiers in the dashboard. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the adjustment at checkout. Don’t estimate remaining benefits by comparing full monthly prices alone. Confirm the target plan, order details and adjustment before continuing to avoid extra steps correcting a mistaken selection.

Data Packs: Use Until Depleted, Never Expire

A good fit if your usage dates vary or you only need international routes for a specific project or trip. Data is deducted as you use it; it doesn’t refresh monthly, so there’s no need to plan around a monthly reset when you’re not using the service.

300GB Data Pack

¥158/pack

300GB total

A good fit for occasional research, temporary remote collaboration or keeping data in reserve. If your usage is spread out, focus on your remaining balance rather than the calendar month.

  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Pausing use won’t trigger a monthly refresh. If you start streaming videos daily or transferring files frequently, compare the monthly plans again instead of sticking with your original light-use estimate.

Choose This Plan

1000GB Data Pack

¥358/pack

1000GB total

A good fit for users with a defined project and concentrated periods of use who don’t want a monthly plan. Estimate usage based on downloads, collaboration tools and device sync.

  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Your balance decreases with actual use; it doesn’t renew to the same allowance each month. Before choosing a pack, consider whether you’ll use it regularly or occasionally, then compare the total price with your data needs.

Choose This Plan

3000GB Data Pack

¥658/pack

3000GB total

A good fit for occasional users who know their usage and want to keep a larger data balance available. If you expect to stream a lot or transfer files, use your past consumption to help decide.

  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

A larger total allowance doesn’t change the billing rules or grant access rights to any website. If you connect regularly every day, compare monthly plans too to see which better fits your budget.

Choose This Plan

Never expires describes the validity of a data pack; use until depleted describes its balance limit. Unused data isn’t automatically restored when a new month begins.

If you have a monthly plan and are considering a data pack, check the order and plan details in the dashboard first. Don’t assume how the two products combine, which balance is used first or what happens when switching. If you’re unsure about your current account benefits, confirm through a support ticket before choosing.

Included with Every Plan

Billing options differ, but the core service features are the same.

Unlimited devices

You don’t need to choose separate plans for a computer and portable devices. Still, account for actual usage across all devices, including background updates, video streaming and cloud sync. Keep your account details and subscription link on a trusted device.

International Route Coverage

120+ countries / 180+ routes. Consider the region, route type and what you need it for. Read the routes page to learn about IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections, then adjust your client based on actual access—not the region name alone.

Bank-Grade Encryption

Network connections use bank-grade encryption. On public networks, still check that you’re using the intended website, protect your account password and monitor your client’s connection status. Encryption and account security work together; neither replaces the other.

Platforms, Apps and Help

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get the client and subscription link from the user dashboard after logging in. Don’t share your account password or subscription link in public forums. No email address is required to create an account; just choose a username and password. Keep your login details somewhere safe so you can check orders and get help later.

Choose international routes for AI tools, streaming or work, but the relevant platform sets its own regional rules, account permissions and content availability. VPNKZ plans don’t include third-party subscriptions and don’t guarantee that a particular streaming catalog will be available. If an app isn’t working, first distinguish a network connection issue from an account issue with the platform, then check the guides or report the problem through a support ticket in the user dashboard.

For regular use, a monthly plan makes it easier to budget data and spending month by month. For longer gaps between sessions, a data pack lets you keep the remaining balance. They’re not directly comparable by total data alone: monthly plan data resets on your activation date, while a data pack balance decreases as you use it. First consider whether you need a connection every day, then weigh your video, file-transfer and text-based usage. That’s usually a better way to choose than looking at price alone.

If you’re unsure how much data you need, start with your actual usage records in the user dashboard. Streaming quality, browser autoplay and background sync can all affect consumption, so there’s no need to assign a fixed data budget based on the type of activity alone. A larger allowance doesn’t mean faster speeds; performance also depends on your local network, selected route and the service you’re accessing.

Payment Options and Order Checks

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT through the user dashboard.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Review Your Order After Choosing a Plan

Plan cards take you to the plans section in the user dashboard. Select the product you want, check its name, price, data allowance and billing option, then follow the checkout instructions. Monthly plans and data packs have different validity rules, so don’t overlook the product type even when their data amounts are similar. If you’re upgrading mid-cycle, also review how the price difference is converted into remaining days.

For Alipay or WeChat Pay, use the payment option shown on the order page and keep the payment confirmation. For USDT, check the payment requirements shown at checkout—including the currency, network and recipient details—before transferring funds. Don’t reuse payment details from an old order or fill in any uncertain transfer requirements yourself.

After Payment, Check Your Dashboard

Return to the user dashboard to check the order result, plan status and available data, then go to the client section to get your subscription link. The payment provider’s success status should match the order status in your dashboard; don’t assume your benefits have been updated just because you left the payment page. If nothing has changed, first check that you’re logged into the right account and viewing the right order.

If payment succeeded but the order status doesn’t match, keep your order details and payment receipt, then open a support ticket with the plan you selected and the actual payment result. Don’t pay for the same order twice while it’s being checked, and never post your password, full subscription link or other account access details publicly. For help, go to the dashboard from the Support page.

14-day refund policy

Refund Requests and Status

Keep your order details, then submit a request through a support ticket in the user dashboard.

VPNKZ offers a 14-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, read the refund policy for eligibility and handling rules; this plans page compares products but doesn’t replace the full terms. If the service doesn’t meet your needs, submit a request through a support ticket in the user dashboard. You don’t need to complete routine route troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

When you submit a request, include the order details and your refund request, along with payment information that can help verify the transaction. If you’d also like help troubleshooting a connection issue, include your operating system, selected region, affected app and what happened. This helps distinguish a connection problem from a platform’s regional restrictions. Clearly separate your issue description from your refund request so the support team doesn’t miss it.

Keep your payment receipt after submitting and follow up in the same ticket. For checks involving order ownership, payment results or refund arrangements, follow the support ticket response and the policy. This page doesn’t promise a processing time or assume that all payment methods are handled the same way. If more information is needed, reply in the original ticket.

Billing and Refunds: FAQs

Find answers to common questions about plan rules before paying.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first of the month. Check your plan status and data usage in the user dashboard before scheduling downloads or video streaming. Data packs last until used and never expire.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Choose your target plan in the user dashboard and review the adjustment shown at checkout before confirming. Don’t estimate your remaining benefits based on the full monthly price.

Do data packs expire or refresh each month?

Data packs last until used, never expire and don’t reset monthly. Choose from ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB based on your actual usage.

Do I need a separate plan for each device?

VPNKZ supports unlimited devices on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so consider your combined usage across devices and keep your account details and subscription link secure.

What should I do if my dashboard status doesn’t update after payment?

Check the payment provider’s result against the order status in your dashboard. Keep your order details and payment receipt, and don’t pay for the same order twice. If the statuses still don’t match, open a support ticket in the user dashboard with your selected plan and relevant order details.

How do I request a refund?

VPNKZ offers a 14-day refund policy. Submit a request through a support ticket in the user dashboard and include your order details. Check the refund policy for eligibility and handling rules. Keep your payment receipt and follow up on the ticket for updates.
