Dashboard Tickets
Use tickets for connection issues, subscription status, payment checks and refund questions. Check the ticket for replies after submitting; any further troubleshooting guidance will be added to the same ticket.
Submit connection, subscription and billing questions through your account dashboard. Your issue description and follow-up replies stay together in one ticket for easy reference.
Log in to your account dashboard and open a ticket to describe the issue. If you have already submitted a request, add details to the existing ticket to keep the full support history together.
Support is currently provided through account dashboard tickets. Response times depend on the issue, the support queue and the information needed for review; no fixed response time is guaranteed.

Explain what you were doing, what happened and what you want resolved. This is more helpful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Use the checklist below and be upfront if you’re unsure about any details.
Never send your account password, full subscription link, payment password or private key in a ticket or screenshot. A subscription link grants account access, so hide it before sharing screenshots.
For initial setup, see the getting started guide and make sure you’re logged in to the dashboard and have retrieved your current subscription. For connection issues, note the original route and error, then try another route using the route guide. Record the result after each change so you can add it to your ticket.
For order or refund questions, follow up in the original ticket instead of submitting another one. Check the dashboard for the latest response; no reply yet does not mean the issue has been resolved.
